This registration agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Policy/Terms & Conditions posted in the footer below.

Cancellation Policy
If circumstances, or policies in your organization change, and you can no longer attend StackCommerce Activate, you can transfer your pass to a colleague. All substitutions and transfers can be made by emailing activate@stackcommerce.com and must be made no later than October 1, 2022.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email. Email: activate@stackcommerce.com

Age Limitation

Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend StackCommerce Activate, and all related events including networking events. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to activate@stackcommerce.com.

Photography, Audio and Video Recording

StackCommerce Activate reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

Soliciting in the Exposition

Suitcasing or out-boarding is prohibited at StackCommerce Activate. We reserve the right to escort any individual from StackCommerce Activate if they are reported to be soliciting and are not an StackCommerce Activate sponsor. We encourage attendees to support the paid sponsors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. We also encourage you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.

Admittance

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse admittance or expel from the Conference anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.
